Jeanne Moore
Trainer
Jeanne has always had a passion for movement, starting with gymnastics and ballet during her school years. After a successful 15-year career in IT, Jeanne decided to follow her true calling: health and fitness. She opened a fitness studio specializing in 30-minute HIIT workouts that were both fun and highly effective. Inspired by her two daughters' enthusiasm for the studio's workout equipment, Jeanne expanded her offerings to include kids' activity camps during summer breaks, and personalized one-on-one training sessions. Jeanne holds nationally recognized certifications as a Health Coach and Personal Trainer. Her mission is to inspire everyone to embrace health and wellness and keep moving!
