Private 1-hour session for two clients to workout together. Exercises are similar to 1-on-1 sessions, but will focus on working together to accomplish individual goals.
4-person group class in a supportive and welcoming environment, focus is on building strength, coordination, and confidence through fun and engaging activities tailored to the groups needs.
Small Group Session
Large Group Session
8-person group class aimed at building strength, mobility, and endurance. Each class will consist of a warm-up, strength and cardio portion, and end with an exercise based game or activity.
