Group Classes

Our group classes provide a supportive and motivating environment for clients to train together while working toward their individual goals. Each class focuses on building strength, coordination, mobility, and confidence through structured workouts that include warm-ups, strength and cardio training, and fun activities tailored to the group.​

Partner Sessions

Private 1-hour session for two clients to workout together. Exercises are similar to 1-on-1 sessions, but will focus on working together to accomplish individual goals.

$60 per person

Large Group Class

8-person group class aimed at improving strength, endurance, and listening skills. Each class will consist of a warm-up, strength and cardio exercises, and end with an exercise based game or activity.

$30 per person

Small Group Class

4-person group class in a supportive and welcoming environment. Focus is on building strength and coordination while practicing social skills. The class will include fun and engaging team activities tailored to the group's needs.

$40 per person
