Group Classes
Our group classes provide a supportive and motivating environment for clients to train together while working toward their individual goals. Each class focuses on building strength, coordination, mobility, and confidence through structured workouts that include warm-ups, strength and cardio training, and fun activities tailored to the group.

Large Group Class
8-person group class aimed at improving strength, endurance, and listening skills. Each class will consist of a warm-up, strength and cardio exercises, and end with an exercise based game or activity.
$30 per person
$200 per month (8 classes per month)
$250 per month (Unlimited Classes)
