Common Parent Statements

"My child has never done something like this."

A.

That's completely okay. We meet children where they are and progress at a pace that's comfortable for them.

"My child doesn't follow directions very well."

A.

That's something we work on regularly. Following instructions is often one of the skills we help develop.

"My child gets frustrated easily."

A.

Thank you for letting us know. We'll use strategies that help them feel successful and supported.

"My child is very shy."

A.

Many children start that way. We focus on building trust and helping them gain confidence over time.

"My child has a lot of energy."

A.

Great! Physical activity can be an excellent outlet, and we'll help channel that energy in positive ways.

"I'm worried they won't participate."

A.

That's a common concern. We use encouragement, relationship-building, and engaging activities to help children feel comfortable.

"My child doesn't like being around other kids."

A.

That's okay. We have a private workout room that they can workout privately if they need it and we can help them gradually become more comfortable while respecting their individual needs.

"I just want my child to be happy."

A.

That's one of our goals too. We want every child to feel successful, confident, and excited to participate.

"We want our child to become taller"

A.

Height is mostly determined by genetics, nutrition, sleep, and overall health. While exercise cannot make a child significantly taller than their natural growth potential, regular physical activity can support healthy growth, strong bones, good posture, and overall physical development.
