Individual Training

Our 1-on-1 training sessions are fully personalized to help each client reach their goals at their own pace. With focused coaching and a supportive approach, we work on building strength, improving movement, and developing confidence.​

New Client Assessment

We offer a 60 minute free consultation for new members which includes time to talk about any questions you may have, set personal goals, and see what fitness level you or your child is at. ​

60 Minute 1-on-1

Private 1-hour training session built around an individual’s needs. Sessions can include weights, cardio, plyometrics, mobility, balance and coordination drills, etc. 

$100 per session

30 Minute 1-on-1

Personal 1-on-1 session for those who would benefit from a shorter workout. Sessions include weight lifting, balance exercises, and high intensity training.

$50 per session
